We have an air-conditioned, 4600 sq. ft barn, with a chilling/warming kitchen, interior ladies’ and mens’ room with two toilets each, double vanity in ladies’ room, as well as two deluxe “outhouses” with flushing toilets and a full outside sink/hand-washing area.
White lights are already put up for you to create a wonderful ambiance, and they are operated by a mere flip of a switch; we have a choice of colorful or white lights on the outside of the barn as well. For chilly days, there is a charming wood stove in one corner of the barn. The barn interior has tongue-in-groove wood on the walls, along with several nice spots for your DJ and dancing.
The rental includes 15 hours of air-conditioned barn/cottage/groom room use on the day of the event, the day before to decorate, the morning after to pick up personal items, help with set-up of rectangular/round tables and chairs for up to 200 guests, basic ivory tablecloths and chair covers, wooden barrel tables for the cocktail hour, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, outdoor ceremony set-up if desired, corn-hole, a large smoker grill, an old-fashioned popcorn machine, propane and wood-burning fire pits, plenty of parking, any décor we have from previous events (lots to choose from!), and an outdoor pergola.
- We have an open-vendor policy, so you may bring in your own catering, flowers, music, etc.
- We have wedding dresses, many NWT, that are free (to keep) with a booking.
- Once booked, couples may use the beautiful venue for engagement photos at no additional charge.
- Two bedroom, one bath Bridal Cottage is included (daytime use only)
- The groom room includes AC and a private bath
- Laundry facilities in both the barn kitchen and the bridal cottage
